I specialise in business succession and exit planning, along with the design and implementation of incentive plan strategies at Mortar Finance. With nearly 10 years’ experience in this space, I bring a deep understanding of how to align ownership outcomes with long-term business value. Prior to joining Mortar Finance, I worked in the reward and remuneration sector, advising ASX-listed clients.
I work closely with business owners to develop tailored succession strategies that prepare them for a smooth exit while protecting and growing the value of their business. This includes designing incentive plans that motivate and retain key employees, align leadership objectives with long-term goals, and ensure continuity across all levels of the organisation.
