Meet Julie Bloomfield
I have 30 years’ experience across the commercial and residential finance industry, including time spent with two of Australia’s Big 4 banks. This background has given me a deep understanding of complex lending structures and the ability to deliver practical, well-considered finance solutions for a wide range of client needs.
I specialise in business and residential finance, with a particular focus on business acquisitions, Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) lending, commercial property finance, and all aspects of residential funding. I currently work with clients on a variety of transactions, including franchise business acquisitions, freehold pub purchases, caravan park acquisitions, and skip bin business purchases.
Based in Rockhampton, I work with clients across Queensland and Victoria, supporting business owners and investors with clear guidance and tailored finance solutions to help them move forward with confidence.
