Meet Scott McGregor
I have almost 30 years of experience in the Commercial Finance industry, having previously worked with two of the Big 4 Australian banks. Over this time, I have developed extensive expertise in structuring finance solutions for businesses and property investors, with a particular focus on commercial property investment and development, as well as specialised assets such as childcare, accommodation, and hospitality.
In addition to commercial and property finance, I can assist with asset and equipment finance, home loans, and Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) lending. I currently work with several large property developers, supporting industrial, residential subdivision, and childcare developments from initial planning through to completion.
Based in Brisbane, I work with clients across Queensland, providing tailored finance solutions and guidance to help businesses and investors achieve their strategic objectives efficiently and confidently.
